Together with the Customer Experience (CE) team at Singtel, we created the ABOVE & BEYOND CE Campaign to build tenacity and camaraderie within the Sales and Support teams of the Business Sales division.
By encouraging a culture of appreciation for team members who have gone the extra mile, the campaign served to make going “ABOVE & BEYOND” one’s normal scope of work the new normal – an attitude guaranteed to propel customers’ experience to new heights every time.
